The process of reinstalling the Operating System (OS) will likely result in the loss of saved Passwords, Browser Settings & other personalized options. Programs cannot be backed up. THE CUSTOMER will not hold THE TECH MONKEY liable for any loss of personalizations or programs.

THE TECH MONKEY will charge a $99 diagnostics fee if THE CLIENT does not wish to proceed with repairs.
